Reki & Rakennus Välitalo is a one-man business that was established in May of 2022. The company specializes in making wooden quality sleighs out of birch and spruce. In addition, the company also carries out construction works in the Northwestern Lapland region. Reki & Rakennus Välitalo was founded by me, Kimmo Välitalo.

I used to work in the construction industry before I started building sleighs, following my father’s footsteps. I have always loved working with my hands and being able to create something from scratch. In sleigh building, I can perfectly combine my creative side with my construction skills that I have acquired over the years.
